Sonotrodes / Horns are ultrasonic welding tools that are caused to resonate when high-frequency mechanical oscillations are introduced. RTUL Sonotrodes / Horns are designed based on the state-of-the-art Finite Element Method (FEM), and therefore guarantee optimum oscillation behavior and long service life in all cases. The highest precision requirements in terms of CAD/CAM calculation algorithms guarantee precise 3D contours required in making complex sonotrode shapes. Special surface finishings tailor-made based on applications result in even longer service life spans.
