The Task

To provide a solution for blinding and clogging of sieve while sieving of API.
API manufacturers find difficulty in sieving API using conventional sieving method and also cleaning of the sieve is quite difficult.

The Solution

In this case, the task is successfully completed by giving 7 ultrasonic sieving attachments, which are retro-fitted in 7 existing sifters.

• Reduction in power consumption by 10 to 15KW/hour
